Parents for Children’s Mental Health is seeking input from caregivers who have received child and youth mental health services in Waterloo Region over the past 2 years. Your thoughts will help inform the planning of future child and youth mental health services in the Region.

Waterloo - Lutherwood’s annual fundraising event, Steps for Kids will take place at Lutherwood’s Children’s Mental Health Centre on Sunday, May 7th. All proceeds raised will support specialized mental health programs that are a critical part of the treatment plan for children at Lutherwood.

As of January 2017, thanks to a new opportunity funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, Front Door is making children’s mental health services more accessible to rural communities in North Dumfries, Wellesley, Wilmot and Woolwich.

Annual Charity Golf Tournament Raises $107,000 for Youth Mental Health Services in Waterloo and Ottawa Regions

Starting Thursday September 22, Lutherwood is offering an interactive introduction to the DBT-I mindfulness techniques used so successfully in Lutherwood’s mental health programs for youth.

On Sunday, May 1st, over 600 friends stepped up against the stigma and gave hope and support to children who struggle with their mental health, raising an incredible $127,000.
