Health Connect
Health Connect Counselling Partners (HCCP) is a group of six mental health counselling agencies with a combined 250 years of service to our communities. Lutherwood is one of those partners.
Counselling Services
HCCP have offices across Waterloo Region including downtown Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, New Hamburg, Ayr and Elmira. We have come together to deliver a broad range of mental health services for children, youth, adults, individuals, couples and families.
Each of our thirty counsellors has a Master’s Degree and is accountable to the Code of Ethics of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and/or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
Psycho-Educational Assessments
HCCP accepts referrals for psycho-educational assessments. These assessments deal with learning and educational issues to assist children and their families to mobilize resources for greater success in school.
