This year, Steps for Kids was like no other! While COVID-19 cancelled many events this spring, it didn’t stop Steps for Kids. Thanks to you, our first (and hopefully ONLY!) Virtual Steps for Kids was a huge success!

During Children’s Mental Health Week (May 3rd to May 9th), we are all walking however we can, around the block with the dog or on a treadmill, and uploading pictures to social media using the #StepsforKidsChallenge hashtag.

Lutherwood has launched a new website portal to assist those looking for jobs and employers looking to hire during the COVID-19 pandemic.

While COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) is cancelling many events, it won’t cancel Steps for Kids! That is because Steps for Kids is going Virtual!

The year 2020 is a particularly special year as it is the start of Lutherwood’s semi-centennial anniversary. And it is a great time to reflect on our incredible past and look ahead to an even brighter future.

On Friday, Lutherwood welcomed residents of Cambridge to its Open House to celebrate the completion of its newly renovated office space.

We are currently improving access to our 41 Weber Street W. location by replacing the ramp at the entrance. If you are not able to use stairs, please call Housing Services.

Waterloo Region FASD Support Group for Parents and Caregivers is a series of free support meetings, each covering a different topic including “Understanding the FASD Brain”, “Safety”, and a guest speaker night.

This year's Community Report centres around celebrating the positive impact we have on the community and learning to be mindful, aware and adaptive to future challenges as they come our way.

Waterloo - On Sunday May 5, more than 600 people walked through a beautiful stretch of the Avon Trail and Mennonite Countryside while they talked about children’s mental health at Lutherwood’s Steps for Kids.
