Intensive Support & Resource Coordination Program (ISRCP)
The ISRCP is an intensive case management program for children and youth up to age 18, along with their families. The target population is children and youth with severe, chronic, and complex mental health, emotional, and/or behavioural needs, requiring multiple and ongoing system involvement.
The service is designed to be intensive and long-term in response to the complex and chronic needs of the target population. Staff focus on working collaboratively with other agencies and service partners in the community, as well as with informal supports and broader aspects of the community.
Staff do not take on a direct therapy role with participants, but rather assist the child and family in navigating the multiple service systems required to optimize the child’s functioning in all life domains.
