We help children, youth and families experiencing mental health, emotional or behavioural challenges in Waterloo Region. For over 50 years, our accredited Children's Mental Health Services has been trusted to support children and families who may be struggling.

Program Directory
Starling Community Services offers a number of programs and services to assist children, youth and their families coping with mental health challenges. These services include live-in treatment and assessment services, family crisis and prevention counselling, as well community and school-based interventions.

You’re invited to join local artist Debbie Ellis on Saturday June 22nd to paint the beautiful countryside view “across the road” from our Children’s Mental Health Centre. No experience is required and beginners are welcome! Each participant will leave with their own painting, ready to take home and frame. Proceeds raised from this fundraiser will support our programs!
