Integrated Support Team
The Integrated Support Team (formerly Community Mental Health Intensive) provides an intensive treatment program that is designed to work with youth and families who have complex needs. Through a combined case management and mental health treatment, this program helps to reduce gaps by providing:
- wrap around support for youth and families transitioning from intensive supports in Starling's milieu programs (Live-In, Day Treatment, Safe Haven Youth Services) to community supports.
- assessment and engagement to determine best service/intervention required.
- timely service coordination for complex cases.
The goal plans and length of service vary depending on need.
How to Access
The Integrated Support Team is available to youth currently in a Starling Mental Health Intensive Treatment Programs (Live-in Treatment, Day Treatment, Community Youth Justice Services and Safe Haven Youth Services) or by referral through Front Door - Children’s Mental Health Systems Advisor.
