Visiting and exchanging is available at all 3 locations.
Holiday closures 2024
- It is the responsibility of families to request a make-up visit; CAPP will not call to remind families of scheduled closure weekends.
- Make-up visits must be arranged 2 weeks prior to the holiday closure.
- Make-up visits are subject to availability and cannot be banked for future use.

E-Transfer Information
To send an e-transfer to the program please use the email ap@lutherwood.ca . In the comments section, please include “CAPP” and your first name and last initial so we are able to link the payment to your file. Once the program receives confirmation of your payment, we will contact you. If you do not receive a call from the program confirming we have received the payment, please follow up with us at 519-743-1460.
