Responding to COVID-19
To keep everyone healthy and minimize the spread of COVID-19, we pre-screen all clients/visitors and require masks prior to face-to-face service. If you are feeling unwell for an appointment, we are happy to reschedule or can speak with you via phone or virtual means.
Service Access
Community Mental Health Services
- Front Door’s Quick Access Service continues by appointment
- Services are provided by phone and virtual options whenever possible

Children's Mental Health Centre, 285 Benjamin Road, Waterloo
- Treatment services continue
- Essential visitors only, and they are screened at the door
- Senior school program (12-18 years) has shifted to remote learning
- Junior school program (6-12) has shifted to half day in-person and half day remote learning
Employment Services
- Resource Centres are open
- Individual appointments continue virtually or in-person. Call your local office to book an appointment

Housing Services
- In-home visits (Paths2home & Families in Transition clients) continue after pre-screen for COVID-19 symptoms
