October, 2015 - Lutherwood and seven local agencies that deliver children’s mental health services have begun transforming a system to ensure that children, youth and their families will know what children’s mental health services are available, have confidence in those services and get the support they need and deserve.

Many youth struggle with substance use as a way to cope with stress, trauma, or mental health challenges. Without support early on, these struggles can grow and become harder to overcome. But instead of feeling nervous, judged, or turned away, youth are now finding care that feels safe, kind, and easy to reach, right when they need it most.
As a Better Jobs Ontario student, I found the help that I received at Starling to be invaluable. My employment counsellor helped me navigate through the application process in a friendly, supportive, kind and helpful manner. I just graduated from a diploma program and have been offered a job in my industry thanks to Starling's help. Thank you!
