The holiday season can feel overwhelming, but gratitude can help you slow down and find calm. This month we're sharing tips on how to practice gratitude during the holiday season. Start a Gratitude Journal today and list: ✅ 1 thing you're grateful for ✅ 1 thing you're excited about ✅ 1 person who makes life brighter It’s okay to stop and think before writing, don’t rush yourself.
