At Starling Community Services (formerly Lutherwood), we know that lasting change begins with a strong foundation. This year’s theme, Building Foundations that Last, reflects what we see every day: when people have access to the right support at the right time, they can move forward with confidence, stability, and hope.

In the pages ahead, you will meet individuals and families whose journeys remind us why this work matters. You’ll read about Kayla, who found safety and stability, and returned for support when life changed again. Jasmine, who once turned to us as a youth and now gives back to others.
